This policy explains how ERON MIL 100 S.L., trading as HomeRenovations Barcelona, processes enquiries, renovation projects and personal data submitted through this website.

For enquiries: name, email, optional phone number, property location, project type, timing and any notes you submit. For commissioned work: project and billing records.

We process enquiries to respond to your request and prepare a quotation (GDPR Article 6(1)(b), pre-contractual steps). We process commissioned project records as necessary for performance of our contract and accounting records under legal obligations. Technical security may rely on legitimate interests, where applicable. Optional advertising measurement requires consent where applicable. Submitting a quotation request does not subscribe you to marketing.

Base44 provides our application infrastructure and CRM used when you submit enquiries. When works are commissioned, project information may be shared with necessary subcontractors, advisers and authorities where required. Google Ads measurement only operates after the required advertising-cookie consent; the legacy Google Tag Manager container remains disabled.

Technical providers may process information from countries outside the European Economic Area. Any applicable international transfer must be covered by a lawful GDPR mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards.
